Team Leading & Management - levels 2 & 3
This apprenticeship can be applied to almost all sectors and most job roles. The different levels of the management apprenticeship mean that whether you are looking to apply for a job role as a team leader, or you are the head of a large company looking to implement organisational change there will be an apprenticeship which is right for you.
The Intermediate Level Management Apprenticeship involves supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions, including: monitoring work, giving feedback, briefing teams, supporting team members, resolving problems, procuring supplies, project management and delivering and improving customer service.
The Advanced Level Management Apprenticeship will develop your skills to include planning, allocating and monitoring the work of a team, supporting team members, managing conflict, resolving problems, project management, agreeing budgets and managing customer service.
